Housed inside a yeast factory producing brewers yeast since 1995, White Labs Brewing Co. was started in 2012 as a way to showcase the influence yeast and fermentation have on beer.
Our brewery is used not only to make crowd favorite beers and styles, but for research and development to gain insight into new and innovative yeast strains along with industry classics.
We've missed you, beer friends! As we enter into the Orange Tier of Reopening here in San Diego, we're excited to welcome you back in for drinking & dining!
All seating areas are spaced 6 feet apart and are sanitized between each party. Face masks must be worn at all times other than while you are seated and enjoying your food and beer. We have limited seating for groups up to 6 people, and are operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
